Our prices include the following:
Room with shower or bath, separate WC, satellite TV, telephone and balcony
Lavish breakfast buffet with produce from local farms
Small afternoon snack
Luxury half board with international specialities and Tyrolean delicacies (choice of menu items)
Sauna, infra-red heat therapy cabin and steam room in the hotel (no extra cost)
Free use of the bathing area in the Sport & Vital Hotel Seppl****
Reduction for children in their parents' room:
up to the age of 6: free of charge
up to the age of 10: 70% reduction
up to the age of 12: 50% reduction
up to the age of 15: 30% reduction
We would be happy to reserve a parking space for you in the hotel’s garage
Price per day € 7.00; price per week € 30.00
We kindly request you to vacate your room by 10:30 on your departure day. On your arrival day, your room is available from 14:30. The Austrian Hotel Guidelines apply. In case of non-utilisation of rooms reserved either in writing or verbally, or delayed arrival or early departure, we must charge 66% of the agreed price if you fail to cancel in due time.

Wir bitten Sie die Zimmer am Abreisetag bis 10.30 Uhr zu räumen. Am Ankunftstag sind die Zimmer ab 14.30 Uhr beziehbar. Es gelten die österr. Hotelvertragsbedingungen. Bei Nichtinanspruchnahme schriftlich oder mündlich bestellter Zimmer bzw. verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise müssen wir 66% des vereinbarten Preises in Rechnung stellen, sofern nicht rechtzeitig storniert wurde.
